Early days but so far, I've been very impressed

While I have only just set this service up so cannot comment on the function at this stage, I can say that the support I have received in setting up ezidebit has been amazing. It has been tailored to my business' needs and has always been respectful, warm and efficient. Further to this, their pricing and structure look to be very reasonable. I will update this review once I have been using ezidebit's services for a little while.

Onboarding was swift and easy. Abby M. was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The credit team were prompt to respond and update any thing throughout the process. Fees are reasonable and would recommend to any business's out there that require direct debit features for their business.

From my first call to now, about to take payment ezidebit has been helpful. Abby has been able to answer my questions quickly with more information. She was easy to talk to and listened to our needs and instantly felt Ezidebit was the correct way to go for our community club. Set up was simple, and acknowledgements for members also easy. Great help.
