What do you like best about EZ Texting? The set up and the launch process is so simple! Great looking texts messages, marketing is easy! I like to market different things on the fly and the app is a life-saver---so easy to use and so quick to send a message! I love using the app, no need to use a laptop!

What do you like best about EZ Texting? EZ Text is easy to use. I was able to train my Office manager on the functions in 20 minutes and she did not have any previous experience with texting software or JPEG conversion.

Highly recommend
Working with EZ Text has helped transform our business. Our representative has been there every step of the way and continues to be there if/when we have questions. The system is very easy to use, connecting via API to your own system is extremely easy. I highly recommend using them for your client communication needs.

customer service it terrible
Have been a dedicated user to this site for three years. I have 3 businesses set up with separate accounts. I tried to use other functions on the website than just simply texting. I was given little to zero guidance on how to set up a poll and run it correctly when asking the customer support. Then when I called in after spending money and not having my poll run correctly for help was given a "well sucks to be you attitude" The texting feature works. But I will be looking for another ...
