Gets the job done. The user interface could be vastly improved; it seems to have been designed by a software engineer rather than a UX designer.

Two things I do wish those, that the website would have a better, more updated UI, and more importantly, if they could offer an iOS app that allows a business to create Automations, respond back to customers who text the Keyword with questions, see customer info, and a better way to integrate with Eventbrite instead of manually doing it.
