What do you like best about EZ Texting? The ease of use and the new intuitive user interface. My clients love it and feel as though it will help them with employee engagement especially with an ever changing workforce. This is also a unique system to use as the industry we work in is very archaic but this technology allows us to challenge the status quo of typical insurance benefit communication platforms and allows our clients to be more custom in their approaches.

What do you like best about EZ Texting? I love that it has the ability to sort your contacts based on groups. I can send all employees a message, or only drivers or those in certain locations. Also, I can mass upload updates to my current lists! The fact that I can choose to overwrite or update contact information is awesome. I'm also a big fan of not having to pay a monthly fee - I only have to pay for the credits I need when I use them. So helpful!

What do you like best about EZ Texting? Mass texting is my favorite thing to do. Almost everyone reads texts as soon as they get them and I know everyone saw it!
