"It could be better"
What do you like best about EZ Texting? I like the keyword feature...but I continue to get a text from people that are not affiliated with my keyword. I also like that you can bulk text my clients all at the same time. Unfortunately, there is not much more I like about the software.

"Does what they describe for a good price"
What do you like best about EZ Texting? Pretty straightforward to set up. We were able to create a custom short-code and engagement campaign in less than an hour, without any technical support. Their test environment really helped in terms being able to show off what was possible internally without having to incur additional cost. they were also really helpful on the phone when we had a minor account issue after the campaign.
