Great software and good customer service.
The software has worked extremely well for us responding to clients and following up with those who visit our website but don't make a purchase. There were a couple glitches in the beginning, but they were quickly fixed and we haven't had any problems since.

Easy interface and continuous support
I am very happy with EZ-Texting because the interface is very clear to use. Also, their exclusivity means that I am not in violation of the law (which prohibits texting marketing without permission of the receiver). The whole process for us to do 150-200 people is just seconds! The staff at EZ-Texting is always checking in with me to conform that we are doing well with them!

What great and simple program to use…
What great and simple program to use …we have only been using it now for 4-5 weeks but we love it already …getting nice response rate from our paying customers whom we then send a thank you note to from EzText !Plus super adorable program.

EZ Texting is well priced and does the job. Their customer service - the few times I have had to use it - is outstanding. The options for sending texts are broad enough to handle most any need, and yet the interface is easy to utilize.I strongly recommend EZ Texting for anyone needing a quality, customer forward, provider.
