This whole company is a joke
This whole company is a joke. We are a dental office in the state of Utah and have been using them for 2+ years sending out the same message to our patients regarding billing. The state of Utah requires specific verbiage sent to patients 45 days prior to sending them to a collections agency. Again, we have been sending the exact same message for 2+ years and we recently received notice that they would be closing our account if we didn't stop the "threatening messages". What do you like best about EZ Texting? Ease of use! I like that each text is recorded and grouped into whatever keyword that it was texted to! Very useful. I like the price as well! It's very affordable for many different sized organizations. We are a medium sized religious institution, and having affordable packages with the option to buy more credits as you need them is extremely helpful and cost effective.

Could not be happier!
I own a service company that visits hundreds of homes each week. Before eztexting, we emailed customers the day before visiting and still had several that would "forget" or just never knew we were coming because they didn't read their emails. If they forgot, they were skipped and then rescheduled. On some days as many as 20% were skipped. With eztexting, a skip is a rare occasion.
