This company knows how to do marketing
This company knows how to do marketing, and they put all good reviews for themselves. In fact if you go further in google search you can see all of their bad reviews. The customer service is horrible. Their website is difficult to navigate and asking for help is useless. They will steal your list and none of you message can be sent out. I would give them a negative star if I can. They have not deserved even the 1 star. This is a really bad company

Complete Scam!! Terrible Service!
We used this service for our small non-profit in Austin, TX. They claimed all sorts of things when I initially spoke with their salesman. He set us up for a keyword and claimed it was free when in actuality their sales reps resold our keyword under the same number!! We got all sorts of erroneous texts from outside areas without any understanding of why at that point. We held an event where we printed a "text to donate" banner only to find out that it didn't work for any of the patrons that ...

"Much better than copying and pasting"
What do you like best about EZ Texting? We own a school photography company and need to send out mass texts for instructions and it’s very easy to bulk upload your contacts, type out the message and press send! Saves us 30-40 minutes of copying and pasting each text.
