What do you like best about EZ Texting? I like that there are multiple options for service. Pay as you go OR subscription. You can buy as many keywords as you like too. Very easy.

What do you like best about EZ Texting? Having EZ texting in my marketing department is an ultimate ace up the sleeve. I couldn't think of a better way to rally up all of my clients, have them all organized under one platform and send them important marketing messages. Super easy to use and effective.

What do you like best about EZ Texting? I like that I can do the pay and go plan to add credits to use the texting tool to send a mass text to customers of ours for an up coming seminar we hold.

Great Desktop SMS Software
As of 2/14/20, EZ Texting didn't have a mobile app, but they offer a Send-From-Phone feature that allows users to send a text to their subscribers without logging in to their EZ Texting account. Sending text messages is excellent when accessed through a mobile or desktop browser. They offer SMS over 160 characters, detailed reporting, & personalized texts. It also has a built-in voice messaging feature. They don't offer multi-user login credentials.

Charged multiple times after canceling
I was charged the two months following my cancellation of my subscription in which i had to call and get the money refunded. Then i was not told that even after i canceled my subscription plan that i would still be charged $25 a month for a keyword I haven't used in 6 months despite talking to your customer care people twice to get refunds for the canceled account. There is no app to accompany this service and your prices are no comparable to similar service such as simpletexting.com.
