"User-Friendly Messaging App"

What do you like best about EZ Texting? EZ Texting gives us the ability to set up our main business line to receive text messages from guests. It compiles all the messages in a simple browser-based app that is easy to manage, allowing us to respond to questions in a timely manner.

What do you like best about EZ Texting? We are a non-profit organization serving local community youth with programs in the visual and performing arts. EZ Texting allowed us to communicate with specific groups of students for camps, shows, and special class events! The message creation area is very simple to use!

Recently locked my existing paid plan forced to upgrade

Recently locked my existing account, not being allowed access my phone list to use existing credit already paid for via their pay-as-go credits, until I upgraded, forcing to go to subscription base plan. Extremely unethical practices and probably should file a complaint with the better business bureau (BBB).

Don't Bother

When I used their service before I liked being able to have people text a short code so that I could capture their information. That option is no longer available at the price advertised however the website does not specify this. I called when I realized that the functionality was not there, and the service rep told me that it would cost thousands of dollars for this feature rather than the $39 a month advertised.

Gives Spammers and Scammers the ability to mask their identity and create a fake 'local' number

I am on the DO NOT CALL list and I am getting harrassed by some spammer using EZTEXT to text unwanted messages to a prepaid phone with a number registered on the DO NOT CALL list. This scammer created a fake 'local' number using this EZTEXT service and also masks their real identity. This company website lobs the responsibility on to their user, but let's be real- they are the ones providing criminals with the software to reach out using fake identifying features. No legitimate company ...

What do you like best about EZ Texting? Besides being an easy-to-use and powerful service, EZ Texting has many different plans available from which I can choose. I have primarily used EZ Texting for events and trips so having the ability to move to a Pay As You Go plan is very customer friendly.
