I would like to go on record to…
I would like to go on record to acknowledge this was truly one of the worst customer service I have had to experience. After not receiving the desired resolution I uploaded my complaint to a reputable review agency and was met with a response that not only did not refund the necessary amount owed but had the gall to reply in a rude manner . I am still awaiting the final resolution . I have asked for the refund and look forward in hopes that they will honor their policy. At the very least ...

EZ Texting is an excellent app
EZ Texting is an excellent app! We are a senior church and was looking for a way to send out group texts to our members to remind them of our services and special events etc. This app was so easy to set up and use not to mention the excellent customer support I received to help me with questions and to explain how to use the app. This app is also very affordable for our small community church!
