Easy to learn, easy to use!
Easy to learn, easy to use!The setup was easy and the learning curve was not steep. The only challenge I found was that some of my users with US Cellular had trouble with "longer" messages breaking up and links not being transmitted correctly. That isn't EZ Texting's fault.

EZ texting for research project
EZ texting made it simple to try out features and set up a system to send survey links for a technology use research project. Of the alternatives I looked at, EZ texting was the best for allowing me to use and view the features before I had to complete an FCC application. This made me confident that I was purchasing something that would work for my somewhat unique needs.

Easy to use
Easy to schedule texts and make lists. Interface is readable, simple, and easy to navigate. I never felt confused about what I was doing, the cost of anything, etc. Invoices are easily accessed. I really like this tool! So much better than other tools we've tried.
