I've been using it for over a year with good results. Unlike a previous VPN it hasn't disconnected randomly. I love the ad and tracker blocking features. I've noticed gradual and welcome improvements over time.

Update: I got an email IMMEDIATELY with advice on what to check for in my settings, & after making sure those boxes were checked, I'm now connected! Thanks, Express VPN! Changed to 5 stars. Old review: It may not be the fault of Express VPN, but my desktop does not stay continuously connected. I got Express VPN for my phone easily, but had problems downloading to my desktop a few weeks ago. The customer service was great once I contacted them for help.
