Hours on chat with Express VPN, but they stuck with me
Update: Changed my review from 1 star to 5, because Express VPN reached out as a result of this review and stuck with me until the problem was fixed, and it didn't take another couple of hours! Due to the tedium of the first support experience, by the end I had fat fingered my password. So, operator error. Started with a fixable problem, and now have a satisfactory result. You notice the difference
You notice the difference and advantages when you do not have it on. Worst thing that I've experienced is having to disconnect and reconnect to fix any connectivity issues.
