I can't help but give this one a five stars
I can't help but give this one a five star. It indeed deserves it seeing how shady the VPN industry is in general and how fly-by-night the companies are. This one is solid! High speeds, supports Torrenting and updates their app (for whatever unknown reason) regularly. Here's my complaint, TOO EXPENSIVE! I'm sorry but riding this COVID train is B.S. Hours on chat with Express VPN, but they stuck with me
Update: Changed my review from 1 star to 5, because Express VPN reached out as a result of this review and stuck with me until the problem was fixed, and it didn't take another couple of hours! Due to the tedium of the first support experience, by the end I had fat fingered my password. So, operator error. Started with a fixable problem, and now have a satisfactory result.
