This company is an example of excellent service and treating customers well
I subscribed to the VPN for a (1) month and VPN Express added the automatic 3-month plan without my authorisation. I made a complaint to Express VPN and received excellent service, the refund was made within 3 days. This company gained my trust because in other companies if you have something to resolve you wait days or weeks for a solution and Express VPN resolved everything in one day and within 3 days I had my refund. Setting up a replacement modem.…
Pretty easy setup once I got the modem to startup. Would have been helpful if there were some instruction included that indicated that the modem needed to be activated. Other than that, pretty straight forward. Rep. at the store was very pleasant and helpful. Would also be nice if there were some indicator lights on the modem. Its difficult to tell if it is even powered on.
