It's like i died and went (very fast) to heaven
Fast !!! , reliable, so many servers, and excellent customer service (including on line chat - i love this simple feature). It worth every dollar i paid. If you find a "cheaper" vpn, it is not that they are cheaper , they just give you less for less money, so there is no bargain there

Superb experience and support
Hi. I just want to say that this company has really delivered some excellent performance. First: I have tried in the past many vpn services but non were steady nor long lasting. ( some sites I used to enjoy content just didn't work anymore and disappointed me.)This company has delivered what these companies couldn't. Great VPN
Solid performance overall. High speed and I really like the killswitch function. The only issue is that the killswitch function isn't compatible with Iphones.*Killswitch meaning that if the app stops working, you won't connect to the internet until it reestablished a connection* I give this a 4/5 due to it being pricey compared to the competitors. I enjoy this alot though, as I travel quite a bit and I'm paranoid about privacy.

Poor tech, support and customer service
I paid more for this service than the current price for a year in advance because of an upcoming two month trip. I was told it would work in the hotels. It didn’t. When I called for support I was told they can’t guarantee that it would work in all hotels. But someone did when I bought it. I returned home. It didn’t work at home. It was already beyond the 30 day guarantee. I became ill and was not able to conduct business. Last week I spoke with a very kind rep who escalated my concern. ...
