Good VPN for Linux
I appreciate the clear instructions on the website and from support for setting up a VPN for Linux Mint. I'm new to both Mint and Express VPN but the whole process has been painless - and successful! It's nice that ExpressVPN has GUI extensions for Firefox and Chrome, for those of us who aren't totally comfortable with the command line. I had to use it to install and update, but it wasn't too scary, either. Helps make migrating from that other OS to Linux pretty easy.

exceedingly excellent customer service
Given very poor past and ongoing experiences / struggles with various service and goods providers when it comes to basic consumer rights (eg warranty & refunds for faulty / dead equipment from factory), I did not have any high expectations when using the customer service chat on expressVPN. Long story short, we managed to solve my technical issues, everything was very friendly and professional, even entertaining at times...
