Using Expensify for infrequent business travel

What do you like best? I'm a fan of any paperless method for managing money. Expensify is configured to cover all of the things my company requires when submitting expenses from business travel. It allows me to take a photo of each of my receipts and upload to my expense report, greatly streamlining the process of submitting expenses. SO easy!

What do you like best? The app is definitely my favorite part of using Expensify. The web version I do not care for as much. Downloading the app is quick and logging in is not hard either. I like the app much more because you can easily snap your pictures of receipts and add them in right from your phone. What do you like best? I really enjoyed the interface and how easy it is for users to use. All the buttons are very self explanatory that it doesn't take too much ramp up in order for people to get on the system. Having a whole history of the transaction has also been great for us to always see exactly where the expense report is in the process. What do you like best? I have been using Expensify for a long time and I can say that I really enjoy working with the program. This platform includes all the basic features, of an excellent system of reimbursement of expenses for the employees, I consider that it can be used for small companies and also for medium companies. What do you like best? Expensify is very easy to use - I've never had any trouble uploading receipts on the go. What do you dislike? What do you like best? The user interface of Expensify is incredible, and it is straightforward to learn for first-time users as well. What do you like best? I think that there is a great need for such softwares/ apps. This can save a lot of headaches at month end and when submitting for reimbursement. Easy automated refunds

What do you like best? It is so easy to upload expenses via the [email protected] email. When I send digital receipts to that email, I only have to edit 1-2 fields on my expense as opposed to 6-8 fields. My reports automatically get submitted after so many days so I don't have to worry about forgetting to submit once I've uploaded them. Simple to use, does the job!!

What do you like best? The interface is easy to use and overall it's quite simple to file an expense report. The mobile version is very useful as well. Also, integrations with apps like Uber make it even easier to upload a bill. What do you dislike? Although easy to use, sometimes it feels like you require too many clicks to file an expense.
