It is supposed to save time but seems to only add time

What do you like best? I love the many easy ways to submit reciepts What do you dislike? Every month when it comes time to finalize my credit card expense reports I find that half of my transactions are duplicated! For some reason Expensify can not match reciepts with integrated credit transactions with any consistency . Apparently, it depends on when you scan the receipt and how you upload it. Easy to use and get reimbursed

What do you like best? I can submit my reimbursement request from my phone in less than 1 minute. And as a manager, I can easily review and approve my team's expenses as well. What do you dislike? Creating the expense report can be clunky at times. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saves so much time and effort for expensing things and getting reimbursed.

Spent 3 hours today chatting with them (8-year customer): still do not understand the new pricing

What do you like best? Ease of use, integrations, SSO, I used to like the pricing, but they changed it dramatically. What do you dislike? Pricing changes, new pricing structure makes no sense and was rolled out in a very confusing way. I personally recommend not using them, but anyone who has to use them you should carefully monitor all charges and changes. Expensify made my life easier

What do you like best? I use Expensify both personally and for business. I can upload my receipts directly to the app and track and manager everything without having to write things down. What do you dislike? Maybe more integration with more banks and third party tools. Overall I can't complain. Easy to use interface

What do you like best? right off the bat very simple and flexible GUI, Expensify didn't complicate things. once I create expense I am able to easily share the expense report with others with a simple click on "Share". There are wide range of expense categories that you can select from when you are inputting an expense. Expensify is not GDPR compliant!

I've tried deleting my own data from Expensify but without no luck. Customer support has stated to me that they will delete my data. I have recorded chat logs with them saying this. Later on, I find out that all my data is still stored on their servers and that they have no plans of deleting them. They blatantly lie and are not following GDPR regulations.I would truly advise you from staying away from Expensify if you are concerned about your own privacy!

Easy to use!

What do you like best? I like Expensify's easy to use interface & the mobile app. I like that I can sync my credit cards for easy expensing and scan receipts on the mobile app. What do you dislike? It’s okay

What do you like best? I like that the mobile ease of use. The app itself is easy to use. What do you dislike? It doesn’t filter expenses like other platforms. The integration and sorting isn’t great. And usually more steps to reconcile expenses. Not as streamlined as it could be. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Travel expenses incurred mostly. It does help to speed up the process of being reimbursed.

It gets the job done

What do you like best? It’s an easy to use platform and I like the prompts that it provides me around my expenses. User friendly and I like the mobile app - great for the road. Easy to scan receipts as well - a very nice feature. What do you dislike? The one thing I don’t like is attaching receipts multiple receipts. Sometimes I might have two files or PDFs for one expense and I can’t attach them both. Doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it’s really frustrating. What ...
