What do you like best? Expensify is very user friendly. Employees can use the mobile app to upload their receipts or use the email forwarding feature to send receipts right to their account. I use the reporting feature frequently to look at trends in expenses or research past invoices. The system retains invoices, even for terminated employees. What do you dislike? Easy!
What do you like best? Ease of use and the app! You can even email forwards of your receipts. What do you dislike? There’s not much to dislike about expensify! Works great, better than other expense tools I’ve used. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Expensify is an easy way to submit expense reports. Love the app!

Easy to use, gets the job done for small companies
What do you like best? Very slick UI, integrates easily with most/all banks to import transactions. Optional feature to use Expensify card which is especially for expenses. What do you dislike? Lacks control over budgets which may not be a huge issue for a startup that's not too concerned about burn... Better in theory than in practice, easy to use, but buggy
What do you like best? Easy to take pictures, intuitive user interface. Cuts down on paper records, if it works properly. What do you dislike? If only the expenses mapped correctly! I don't know whether it's the app or the import of the credit card expenses from our bank, but more than 50% of what I do in the field entering expenses has to be redone at the end of the month because duplicates show, incomplete expenses show, etc. Got to be so frustrating that I stopped using the app. ...

Easy to Use!
What do you like best? Expensify is so easy to use. Even when I'm not at my computer, I can quickly use the mobile app and submit expenses right away. The concierge service they have is also great because they update you every step of the way during the whole process of reimbursement. The layout is intuitive and not confusing. Expensify fulfills its aim for managing tax and expenses.
What do you like best? Its always been a headache for a person to control his expenses with such a busy schedule. Expensify acts as a partner and takes control over all the payments and dealings a person is having and keeps track of them. Easy to implement
What do you like best? Ability to capture receipts immediately after purchase vs wait for transaction to hit credit card. Auto syncs receipt with charge. What do you dislike? Will allow transactions to flow through for approval evan though we use for credit card only. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
