What do you like best? The centralized management console which is web-based. This allows me to make changes where ever I am and from any PC. Also love the ease of creating and updating signatures and how granular you can get with choosing who the signature will apply to. What do you dislike? Easy to use and consistent signatures for everyone in your organisation

What do you like best? Being able to quickly customize the signatures to add special offers, news or festive updates is very useful. What do you dislike? The UI for creating signatures is a little tricky to use but once you have one signature done it's easy to adjust it or create additional ones. What do you like best? The software is resource friendly and quite easy to use. The signature manager takes some time to get used to, once you get used to the software, its very easy to configure. What do you dislike? The only thing i dislike is in the Signature HTML editor - setting the font size of the text and the variables. What do you like best? Ease of use. Ease of design, anyone from designers to regular joes can make something out of nothing. What do you dislike? Embedded images are hit or miss, sometimes showing up as attachments instead. Scaling also seems to be different on Outlook mobile for images that has been shrunk down but not a deal breaker. What do you like best? The support is honestly awesome i've had this setup with a Office 365 migration and they've been exceptional. What do you dislike? The online version still needs a bit more flexibility and options compared to the on-prem version.
