What do you like best? Ease of Use and the simplicity of the product. What do you dislike? We really haven't found a downside of using the product. Overall pleased, good that it can be deployed via GPO

What do you like best? Central place to manage signatures, links great with Azure AD / Hybrid setup. Also like the new feature for the outlook web app. What do you dislike? Sometimes live support have cut off mid issue. Managed to reopen it and solve with another support agent but was a bit rude What problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Their site is very easy to navigate. The prices are great, and our signatures are perfect. What do you dislike? Not as easy to get it to work with gsuite as it is with outlook. What do you like best? We are using Exclaimer for almost 10 years in our organization and during this time and through few versions we have used, we had 0 issues with it on technical level. Occasionally we would have formatting issues with externally designed and then injected into Exclaimer HTML code but those were always dealt with quickly and efficiently by very helpful Exclaimer support team effectively troubleshooting somebodies else HTML code as the Exclaimer software was never ...

Good control of your email signature on any device.

What do you like best? One signature for email on any device simple and fast to implement by yourself as IT worker. What do you dislike? Signature editor doesn't work well. Some formatting is hard to set. Recommendations to others considering the product: test is with the evaluation period. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? One corporate signature for all employees and al devices.

Excellent Product for Email Signature Consistency

What do you like best? Exclaimer has many great features, including the ability to update everyone's signature at once in one place, as well as creating a template with custom attributes to customize the signature to each individual. Before Exclaimer, we had to save our Outlook signatures to html files, and then copy them to every computer in the office. This was time consuming, and didn't always turn out the way we liked.
