Easy automated signatures for Outlook
What do you like best? Exclaimer makes the process of automating Outlook signatures across the agency easy. It integrates with AD/Office 365 and can pull from the fields there. It also allows for easy customization and assignment of signatures based on group. What do you dislike? I'm very pleased with this at this point. We've been using it for about 4 months. GOOD ALMOST GREAT
What do you like best? It is very easy to use and love the premade templates I can use! The templates are so nice and since all employees have the same one we look more professional and organized! What do you dislike? Sometimes the template editor doesn't work right. It can glitch or not keep the formatting like the size or color. What do you like best? It would automatically update for any relevant changes required What do you dislike? There were certain internet/connectivity issues but I don't necessarily think that was the software's fault What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to Use and Game Changer for Consistent Branding
What do you like best? Exclaimer is a fabulous platform that allows us to create consistency in branding. What do you dislike? Templates are easy to design but would like to see a master template so that when it's edited it makes the change on all signatures. Instead we have to edit each signature individually. Exclaimer Signature Manager
What do you like best? Exclaimer Signature Manager is nice so that you have a company wide signature for everyone. What do you dislike? Exclaimer Signature Manager sometimes doesn't work like it should. so users don't get there signature working. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Exclaimer Signature Manager to provide everyone in the organization with the standardized signature.

Easy to use signature for Hosted Exchange
What do you like best? It is pretty easy to use and setup your signatures What do you dislike? IT can be a little difficult if you are dealing with multiple groups and need a lot of different signatures. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Uniform company signatures we re a pain to maintain. Easy maintenance and standardization of signature across the board and across email clients.
