Cloud subscription not as good as on premise

What do you like best? Easy to manage for many users and multiple signatures. Have about 9 total signatures to use. What do you dislike? The cost is crazy for cloud service. Price went up from $1000 for 3 year on premise app to $1900 for 1 year cloud based app. Recommendations to others considering the product: Be sure to look at other companies to get competitive pricing. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easy to deploy ...

Not bad, but overpriced for what it is

What do you like best? Its a simple enough system to setup and use. Group assigned signatures is a nice touch; and the design interface has been improved somewhat over the original release. What do you dislike? Can be troublesome to diagnose if/when it's misbehaving. The price is overly much for the simple service that's being offered, which is why we're moving away to another solution in the coming weeks. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...

I love bringing the solution to my clients

What do you like best? I love bringing the solution to my clients As it creates a consistent and professional experience for all employees and makes it’s so easy to update language for marketing purposes or other strategic Ames. What do you dislike? There is a bit of complication in set up when using multi factor authentication with Microsoft but not so much so that the task is impossible. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you use Microsoft office 365 this ...

Best email signature around

What do you like best? Hands down the best signature around. I have researched for a long time looking for something that put an elegant and professional email signature on emails I write. after trying other places and trying to do it manually I went with this company and by far it outshines the rest! The setup was a little intense but their customer support is amazing and helped me every step getting it set up and tested. What do you dislike? for a single user its a little pricey ...

Best Server Signatures for Outlook 365

What do you like best? The signature is self contained including the disclaimer. No more do you send emails that have disclaimer after disclaimer added at the bottom of the email. What do you dislike? Users cannot preview the signatures. We tell people to just email themselves. We use subject line trigger words, eg (nosig), but very few people use that feature as it’s not just there in the UI. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? ...

Overall good piece of software

What do you like best? The O365 integration was nice and simple and mostly automated. This made the start of the setup nice and easy What do you dislike? The business card creation tool. You can do a lot with it, but expect to take a while setting it up so its exactly what you want. Recommendations to others considering the product: You can always use the trial period to see if it fits your needs, but it does work well. Just expect setup of the actual signature to take a ...

Switch from Server to Cloud version when we migrated to 365

What do you like best? The interface for the 365 version is a lot friendlier and easier to teach to our help desk staff What do you dislike? Conditional fields, say a URL based on office name, are really awkward and long-winded to set up. In addition, activating changes takes way too long. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? a Growing, distributed workforce can all have custom signatures while still maintaining central control. ...
