Love this product!! Uniformity delivered.
What do you like best? I love the fact that all my emails have the same signature and that it can be customized based on role and need. And on top of that everyone signature is the same. No more random stuff and the setup is easty almost like Fire and Forget. What do you dislike? Great time saver!!!
What do you like best? This saves us so much time and makes sure that all employees have the same company look to their emails. What do you dislike? Should be a lower minimum number of users What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I haven't found any yet. The best benefit is that even when users are using their cell phone it still inserts the signature.

Great product, excellent customer service as well!
What do you like best? I use the e-mail archiver program from Exclaimer. It has a simple user interface and it’s integration with my exchange environment was simple. I have yet to have any major issues after using the product for a couple years now. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Rapid deployment of professional email signatures to all staff. Excellent, user friendly signature designer. Clear technical guidance for setup etc. What do you dislike? Too many requests for feedback on the product and for customer support performance (tickets) when we have barely had time to start using Exclaimer. What do you like best? The solution is easy to set up and configure from a technical standpoint, and once it's running it's easy to modify and adjust to your needs. The ease of use is complimented with an in-depth KB and very fast response from the helpdesk should you need questions answered. What do you dislike? Exclaimers delivers exactly what they promise.
What do you like best? The on-premise Exchange server client is good, but the online, cloud-based solution is even better. The support staff is very responsive and well-versed in the products and services that Exclaimer offers. What do you dislike?
