Good, reliable email signature system. Easy to manage centrally.

What do you like best? Once it's set up it runs in the background with virtually no issues. The customer service is good for resolving the occasional issue. What do you dislike? Don't think I have any dislikes. It works every time. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We can centrally manage everyone's email signatures and ensure there's a consistent image across the business.

Exclaimer works wel and is very easy to use

What do you like best? It is easy to create your own signature. The steps to connect to Office365 is very easy to, they give you step by step instructions. We're very happy with exclaimer. What do you dislike? The only thing I can think of is that it is hard to exclude 1 person for testing purposes, because we use groups for the signature. What do you like best? Makes it easy to keep all signatures as brand guidelines require, and easy to tailor them to different departments or people. Ideal to allow easy flexibility to add promos or adjust content across the year in a matter of minutes. Online support is fast and helpful. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Using Exclaimer to set up your Exchange email signatures is very simple. You create your template and apply it to your set of users. Good idea but cumbersome execution

What do you like best? Centralised email signature gives control and uniformity across the business. What do you dislike? Designing the signature could be better, font colours and table sizes lost when click off. The install agent doesn't always work with some Win 10 PCs, have to restart PC. What do you like best? It is good that you have a chat where you can send screenshot for assistance and help. There is always someone answering. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like the ease and control of applying signature to multiple employees in 1 single interface. What do you dislike? I have multiple Exchange servers and I would like to see the function of syncing user licenses among each alias manager. Great solution!

What do you like best? I like that the signatures can be immediately distributed and I can be confident that every one in our team has the right signature. What do you dislike? Some of the manipulation is not user friendly. Once I contacted customer service (who are always awesome by the way) they were able to help me figure things out. What do you like best? Can access anywhere, easy to use, simple to set up, can change designs easily, can add uses easily, can manage multiple signatures easily. What do you dislike?
