What do you like best? Design tool & templates. Simple to use rules What do you dislike? many uesrs want to see what their signatures look like before sending on. Apart from using the desktop agent this is not allowed for with the auto applied signatures. What problems are you solving with the product? Powerful Once Setup

What do you like best? It's feature rich, easy to setup and integrates well with Office 365. No user software needs to be installed, although that is an option for some additional functionally. Being able to setup custom signatures for deference groups and promotions has been great. Customer service has been responsive and helpful. What do you dislike? Getting your signatures and rules correct is a bit of learning curve, but it's easy to use once setup. The editor doesn't appear to ...

Office 365 Signature Solution

What do you like best? Seems to be pretty stable and they have scripts to auto load into Office 365. What do you dislike? Tech support is only available via email. No phone support. Recommendations to others considering the product: Does what it's supposed to but tech support is the big negative since it's hard to reach someone in an emergency. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Exclaimer software won't install on some ...

Solid product

What do you like best? Works consistently, plenty of options for customization. Ability to apply at multiple layers of mail transport is very useful. What do you dislike? User requests for every customization under the sun; issue of policy, not the product. Recommendations to others considering the product: Control user requests via policy. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Support has been very responsive on all issues ...

Easy to use, really good reasults

What do you like best? Exclaimer Signature Manager and Template Editor are really easy to understand and to use. Template Editor allows users to create or modify templates from their own PC, without logging in the server. What do you dislike? In order to modify or implement the policies you necessarily need to log in the server. It should be useful if you could do as the Template Editor, from another PC. The "Sent Items Update" tool doesn't work very well What problems ...

Great, but be ready for the learning curve

What do you like best? We'd never considered our signatures as an opportunity for marketing, Exclaimer opened our eyes to that, and it's working. We use G Suite, it integrates well, but beware of the learning curve if you don't have in-house IT. I strongly recommend it, and removing control of creating signatures from the staff has been good for consistent company branding. What do you dislike? There's a huge amount of help documents to steer you in the right direction, and their ...

Incredibly easy to use - solves compliance headaches

What do you like best? Exclaimer is a very powerful tool that has revolutionised our compliance and marketing workflows. It takes minutes to set up and the built in templates allow for quick deployment of standardised content across outbound emails. What do you dislike? There are not many. I think it would be nice to add more dynamic content to signatures, such as news from an RSS feed. Recommendations to others considering the product: Plan your messaging well, take the ...

Reducing Workload

What do you like best? During the trial we could not test it as we wanted. Exclaimer extended our trial, NOT ONCE, Not Twice but three times!! Now that is service !! The ability to manage Corporate e-mail signatures from one spot. Customize users signature depending on groups too. Support is awesome. All questions answered in a quick manner and followed up. Along with great a phone call support will find the FAQ or article and e-mail that for future reference. Setup was ...
