Not only does it respond, nurture and qualify leads in a timely manner, but we were able to touch all the leads we weren’t getting around to engage with. What do you like best about Exceed.ai? We have been able to engage with our leads and see a conversion rate of qualified meetings with reps equal to that of meetings set up by our human reps. I know I can rely on the system to understand a user’s intent, objection or question; and answer correctly. The meeting scheduler has saved me a lot of time and energy by setting up meetings automatically with leads directly through the email.

What do you like best about Exceed.ai? Exceed.ai allowed us to touch double the number of leads than we usually would have in a month. The system was able to answer questions, respond to objections and handover leads to the sales rep once it had been qualified - without a sales rep getting involved! One of my best features is the meeting scheduler that sets up meetings with leads directly through the email which removes the manual back and forth.
