"This is the most useful escalation tool I have ever encountered."
What do you like best about Exalate? The plugin has rich functionality compared to competitors: the presence of triggers for launching, custom fields, scripting of additional functions; as well as additional features in the form of detailed error logging and internal mechanics that prevent the entire mechanism from falling into error

"Simple yet suprisingly powerful and versatile. Beter than Unito and I'll tell you why."
What do you like best about Exalate? I have used Unito and Exalate and I am convinced Exalate is the winner. Unito has an "intuitive UI" that handles a lot of use cases, but it is also limited to what it's UI has implemented, on the other hand, Exalate relies on groovy scripting to control every detail of the Jira to Jira synchronization. There is no limit to what you can tweak and adjust to achieve perfect communication between different teams and workflows.
