Great customer service from DNN Corp

Been a DNN Developer for 3+ years
What do you like best? I like the built in ability to extend the DNN core. It makes integrating custom development pieces much easier. What do you dislike? There are some pieces that could use some improvement. The standard search is not the greatest, but the ability to integrate 3rd party search options really helps fill in the voids that the core lacks. Recommendations to others considering the product I would recommend giving DNN Evoq a serious consideration for your business needs. ...

Non-DNN Modules
There is little to no service if you use modules that were not developed by DNN. Stay with the modules that come out of the box

99% of the Time, DNN Support is Spot On
I've worked with a number of DNN Support Techs over the course of the last 3 or 4 years. 99% of the time it's been a pleasant experience and my issues have been resolved. I would like to give Shan Bains special recognition as he has never failed to help me get to the bottom of any support issue.

New ticketing system
Great new ticketing system, easier to use and to follow up!

Terrible support
We have been trying to get someone to contact us back regarding a ticket that we open three days ago. We got one call after hours here, and then got nothing to anything we send in. Cannot call you, can;t directly email anyone. Why am I paying for support.
