eVoice pros and cons

  • Seamless mobile app experience for remote work and client communication.

  • Cost-effective solution that saves money on repairs, extra wiring, and long-distance calls.

  • Excellent customer service with patient and professional representatives like Gerome, Fiona, and Jeff.

  • Effective features like auto attendant and call routing for better call management.

  • Outdated recording process for messages, requiring more steps than necessary.

  • Pricing can become costly with unexpected charges and lack of transparency in billing.

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Price is not everything. We signed up for a trial with our business email address and we tried for 3 (!!!) days to get their international phone rates. IMPOSSIBBLE!! Needs impovement

When you changed the app features I can no longer see the missed call numbers in the app and have to login online to the website to see the missed phone calls. It is very inconvenient. I called a customer service rep about this and it still is not resolved I put in a request online and it has not helped.
