Unethical not trustworthy! No Support for billing!

This is truly a company that should not be allowed to continue to trade !. Last year my subscription got renewed so I immediately contacted evernote to tell them I didnt want to use the premium features I just dont need it they said they would not cancel it and refund the unused portion.
