Good cross platform note taking application

What do you like best? Evernote is a really good note-taking application. I specifically like the OCR and search features of the app. The clipper works well so I can clip anything on a website and store it to read it later, or for a project. It's cross-platform and even I can use it on a Raspberry Pi from the browser which is really good if you use more than one machine to work. What do you dislike?
