Great solution! Even better customer service!

What do you like best? Very easy to integrate and use with an existing CMS. The ease of use enabled us to hit the ground running, find low hanging fruit and incrementally scale from there. Additionally, I find once the contract is signed with a supplier, all of a sudden it is harder and harder to reach customer service or your account manager. Powerful CDP with a wonderfully helpful team

What do you like best? Evergage is a robust tool. Firstly, I was impressed by Evergage's onboarding optional training program set up so new users can learn how to user their tools, use cases, and practice building out campaigns. I also find their documentation helpful with concrete examples and step by step technical walk throughs, often with screen shots. Great for A/B testing and great customer support

What do you like best? The ability to implement strategies and hypotheses through A/B testing. Also, Evergage customer account exec / customer support has been educational and great in helping to implement campaigns What do you dislike? There is a lot to learn on Evergage and there are a lot of tools to use. It can be overwhelming What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Better understand our customers and trying to personalize customer's experiences

Awesome platform

What do you like best? I love how it's instant. No waiting, no deployment. Also just as easy to "turn back". So in general. On/Off with the ease of a button. What do you dislike? Helpful Tool for Targeting Segments of Customers

What do you like best? It's incredibly powerful for tracking customer behaviors on our community site as well as being able to target messages to segments of customers. What do you dislike? User interface needs work and it's difficult to work with if you aren't a developer.. . Excellent Personalization tool

What do you like best? The ability to target specific segments with personalized content and campaigns easily and without any development effort required. What do you dislike? The tool comes with so much functionality it can be a struggle to try and do and use it to the max with a smaller team. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Personalisation and A|B testing.

Endless Potential

What do you like best? I love how agile of an organization they are and how creativity they meet the customers needs. What do you dislike? Some of the UX can be confusing at first but they are constantly iterating and making improvements. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Customer engagement and lead generation. We have been able to turn our website into a lead machine. ROI so far is incredible.
