Evergage is second to none for CDP vendors

What do you like best? Definitely the customer support. Their CS team is amazing and always super helpful with any issues that arise. A powerful platform and intuitive to pick up. Great flexible system for fast and easy improvement of customer experience

What do you like best? Good, clear and simple interface, changes made are instantly visible. What do you dislike? It took some time to understand how recipies work and how you can use them to trigger content. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We improved conversion through personalized product recommendations based on AI.

Great ROI from Evergage

What do you like best? Evergage takes complicated features and makes them easy to administer. We had our user segments set up in less than a month, and geotargeting took minutes. This ease of use translates into effective campaigns and happier customers. What do you dislike? What's to dislike? Exceptional support and customer service behind a really powerful tool

What do you like best? Gives us the opportunity to test different elements on the site, see results and then decide whether or not we want to build permanent features with our tech team. What do you like best? Easy to put together customer segments based on a variety of attributes and actions. What do you dislike? The reporting isn’t totally trustworthy. I’ve seen inconsistencies when comparing to internal numbers. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
