Excellent program and service.

What do you like best? Evergage really helped us with seeing what our customers were interested in and then sending them content and advertising that they were actually interested in. What do you dislike? Some of the setup can be a bit technical and in some instances you may need the help of your IT team. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The ability go show out customers content that they want.

Great tool with built in DMP

What do you like best? Evergage was very lightweight to set up and use. What do you dislike? There were some pains at first with screen flicker. Because of new cookie policies, we had to find a work around. The support team was a huge help What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Support seems to be knowledge and helpful when I ask questions about the product. Additionally, when submitting a support ticket the responses I receive are prompt and thorough. What do you dislike? The user interface isn't very intuitive at all, unfortunately. What do you like best? What I like best about Evergage is their customer service. They are always available when we need them. What do you dislike? It can be a little intimidating to use at times but the more I use it, the more comfortable I am with it. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to personalize areas of our website to better serve our students.

What do you like best? I like how you have so many possibilities to customize your website for a vast variety of different potential customers. You can find what works best for you and Evergage will help you through the process as well. What do you dislike? They bought out our previous provider and in that process we lost the "management" part of the service. Great platform, great support team

What do you like best? Our customer success representative is the best. She's available at all hours and continuously helps us improve our usage of their software. Their usability is top notch and mostly easy for a business guy like me to learn. What do you dislike? Their visual editor has a lot of room for improvement. It's buggy and crashes quite frequently. Personalization for the win

What do you like best? It is easy to use for our entire digital and marketing team without having to summon IT for support. We're able to create experience for new users, returning users and dive into more specific groups from there.
