What do you like best? Easy to setup and can avoid development headache. What do you dislike? Sometimes it duplicates some static contents lik images. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recommedations are completely handled by evergage.

Strong tool, but very overwhelming
What do you like best? The tool is insanely powerful, some amazing personalization can be done because of it and the opportunities are endless. What do you dislike? The UI is EXTREMELY hard to use, the tool is overwhelming in it's capabilities and none of it is user intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? Evergage fills a space in the analytics market like no other product I've tried. As an analytics expert, I've tried many different products and I really push products to their breaking point because I know javaScript and apache server features and configurations that many analytics systems simply replicate. Evergage is great to work with.
What do you like best? Their support team is unbelievable. It's hard not to be successful with them driving you to do well. What do you dislike? I don't have that many dislikes, to be honest. I just wish I had more time to do my testing. Recommendations to others considering the product Their support team will make sure you are successful. Evergage training is consistent and knowledgeable
What do you like best? The training happens consistently and they're frequent able to answer technical questions on calls without having to ask other colleagues. What do you dislike? The integrations weren't explained in full detail on sales calls and they seem to require substantially more effort than first put forward. Fantastic platform with all sorts of features
What do you like best? I really like all the features the platform has to offer, we have had evergage for about 2 months now and have not even begun to scratch the surface on what this tool can offer. What do you dislike? While the platform is easy to navigate it can sometimes be confusing, especially when the support pages are on 2 different websites. Great product
What do you like best? I have utilized Evergage to help serve up a relevant lightbox to capture email addresses for new customers only. This campaign helps us gain customer leads, and filters through potential existing customers who would be purchasing without the incentive coupon attached to the campaign.
