What do you like best? Once you understand the software, it's very easy to use. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to talk to someone on the phone right away. Also, there are some IT glitches, so I need to reach out to the Eventtia staff to solve these issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
