Eventbrite works Great for my company's events
What do you like best? I use Eventbrite to publicize my small paint nights that I host in collaboration with one of my favorite local sushi spots. I like that I can integrate my event onto other social media platforms and all the collected data is available in one spot. The platform is easy to use and allows for extensive customization. It is user friendly and the layouts provide an attractive way to present all of my information and details about my upcoming events. I like that I can ...

Eventbrite
What do you like best? You can easily track sales and attendee information to send follow up emails. What do you dislike? Eventbrite is not marketed well for people to find events. Recommendations to others considering the product: Use Eventbrite to help you track sales and attendees. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? A way to have a landing page for people to get event details and for us to track sales.

Easy way to market event and manage/build attendance
What do you like best? It's an easy-to-use process that allows us to create a clickable link for people to both RSVP and pay to attend an event. This makes it unnecessary for us to use less accurate and manageable processes like email RSVPs. We also would have to force people to pay in person without it, which is a harder process to manage. Paying in advance is a better indicator of attendance. What do you dislike? Not much to dislike, really. It would be nice if we had more ...

Perfect for events
What do you like best? As someone who regularly plans events, Eventbrite has been a life saver throughout my career. From big events to small events, it is a very sophisticated platform and very nimble and mobile friendly for ticketing. What do you dislike? It truly is one of the best platforms, but it would be great if you could upgrade the look of event pages more and if there were more social media integration (as a social media professional). What problems are you ...

Eventbrite is the industry standard for a reason... it's easy to use, and has robust features.
What do you like best? The simplicity of use and ability to choose from a variety of features makes EventBrite the best choice in this space. We love the ability to track our sales online and then use their iPad app for quick check-ins at the door when we do ticketed events. Also, the ability to easily integrate our purchase form into our website with no coding is helpful. What do you dislike? Their cut of the profits is a little high compared to some other options, but for the ...

Eventbrite is easy to use
What do you like best? Keeps track of responses and can customize backgrounds What do you dislike? Cost associated with using the app, cut-offtimes for registration What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Covid has almost halted in-person events. Would be good to get additional team -building ideas like virtual cooking classes.

Shocking and don't abide by Covid UK Laws
What do you like best? Nothing, they are hard to get hold off.. What do you dislike? Shocking. I bought 2 tickets that were post posed by 3months due to covid, Ok I thought, then post poned by 12mths which no long suits me as I will be away that time and I was also hoping to take a friend who is terminal. I contacted them and they declined my refund request. I stated See Tickets have offered me a refund for an event I booked with them, TUI have refunded me (All because UK Law says ...

Very user friendly.
What do you like best? They offer a free solution for our events that we don't charge for (between our main, fee-based events). What do you dislike? Phone support is not available at all levels and is not 24/7, and for events that are on weekends and evenings, that is hard if you run into issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It gives us a free solution for our smaller events that are free...so we aren't paying for ...
