Simplifies ticketing and event planing.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Eventbrite is one of those platforms that you would initially think that you don’t need, but you end up really liking. We’ve discovered that it is more than just a place to advertise our events in—it can support us in almost all facets of organizing an event. We’ve been able to bring a lot of people on board as admins, allowing us to delegate tasks properly. The platform has given us valuable insight on marketing too. We usually get ...

Great service, lots of integration, a little pricey

What do you like best? Has worked for a small nonprofit although fees are pretty steep. Love the integrations, attention to details for users and simplicity of setting up events. What do you dislike? High fees, percentage take seems high. Some lack of customization on event pages. Recommendations to others considering the product: It's good. See if the fees make it worth it to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We've ...

A Swiss knife for my management.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Having the ability to offer a number of people access to admin tasks. This is ideal whenever you're operating in an event. The processing system is a breeze. So is its credit card management system. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Dealing with a big multi-varying tickets. They can be tricky to deal with. It'll entail some knowledge and playing around with codes. What specific problems in your company were ...

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Highly intuitive UI. You won't demand a lot of training just so you can use it. You can send out e-mails to event coming from your Eventbrite Admin protal. You have the ability to setting it to e-mail now or doing it later. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Eventbrite offers a plethora of options in generating varying reports. These can be downloaded into .PDF, .CSV, and .Excel format. Thing is, you'll need to ...

Eventbrite review

What do you like best? It's a great template to put up an event quickly. What do you dislike? There are some sophisticated features missing. - Bulk refunds: some events are free and the payment is actually a deposit. Or, say a 400-person even is cancelled last minute due to weather. It would help to be able to give refunds out in bulk. - Cancellations: make it easier to cancel your attendance on the eventbrite page What problems are you solving with the product? What ...

An event listing website that I often visit to search for business events

What do you like best? I like the amount of users and event hosts that Eventbrite has in locations I often visit. It's a great way to find business events like conferences and other industry events. Browsing the website is very straightforward. I can go right to the location and topics that I'm looking for. I like that I can usually either link directly to the ticketing websites or purchase a ticket directly in the website. What do you dislike? I think Eventbrite is mostly geared ...

Packed with features

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? There are so many things that I love about Eventbrite, I honestly don’t know where to begin with this review! For one, I love how the consideration that it gives non-profit events. It’s pretty accessible just about anywhere—even on mobile! I can set-up other people as sellers too. I don’t have to be the only one to man our virtual ticket booth because there will be other uses who can also set up their own accounts. And finally, I ...

Great app for Events

What do you like best? The organizer mobile app is perfect for keeping track of our ticket sales. It’s an easy to use overview of the progress we are making. The app is very complete and allows us to edit and manage events. It also contains an excellent ticket scanner. What do you dislike? The email editor to send out an email to all attendants is really outdated. It’s possibilties are limited and emails are not responsive for mobile. For example when you add a large image the ...

Eventbrite has been a quality website for our event listings

What do you like best? I like the amount of events that are posted to Eventbrite for any given location or month. One of the main things I look for in an event listing website is a website that many people actually go to search for events. Eventbrite always seems to have many users. The account tools allow us to post event information very quickly. We don't have to fool around with many time-consuming design processes since most of the information is positioned in specific areas that ...

Our ticketing partner

What do you like best? We do multiple events per month and sell our tickets on Eventbrite. What I like about Eventbrite is that you can set up an event page that contains an image and a description. So besides a ticketshop you have a full blown landing page about the event. It’s also boosting sales because this landing page can be found using Google search engine. What do you dislike? When you organize a lot of events it’s a lot of work to keep all the event page up to date. ...
