What do you like best? EV has helped us to expand following our own plan of work with a rhythm prompted by our needs. This granted us a control of the IT which is adapted to out rank of maturity while also improving in our decision making. What do you dislike? What do you like best? EV has proved to be a powerful tool for our IT department, it has allowed us to automate previously manual processes around creation, routing and approval of requests. Really, really awesome tool!!!

What do you like best? I really like its flexibility to address different business needs. The best part though is that EV refines our processes as you can actually visualizes what is happening when they are translating it to their workflows.
