I submitted a request for support to Eureka Support for their app on January 4. I have not yet received a reply, and it is January 15. I have reached out to them twice to alert them, but it hasn't helped.

£13.96 Cashout Requested on 25th – No Response from Supportrt

I requested a £13 cashout from my Eureka Surveys account on the 25th and have still not received the payment.I have contacted their support team multiple times, but I have not received any response or update regarding this payment. I was paid for my first two PayPal cashouts, which shows payouts can work. However, my most recent cashouts (£4.02 and £7.59) were confirmed and promised within 1–2 days and never received.I emailed support more than 15 times and was repeatedly told I would receive a response within 24 hours. Unresponsive customer support and no payment

Customer support is unresponsive, they won't respond to you if you mail them for delayed payment! They claim payment is 1-2 business days, but they will not pay. BEEN WAITING FOR MY PAYMENT FOR OVER 2 WEEKS now. No response or payment whatsoever. AVOID THEM!

Positive experience with App.

The app format itself is user friendly. Everything is easy to find.Surveys are plentiful, Unfortunately many appear to be "closed" when attempted. Actual disqualifications can be frequent but no more so than other apps of this type. In fairness disqualifications often come with a token couple of pence reward, which is a gesture not offered by many a survey site.I have only cashed out once, today. customer service is not very good. I’ve had ongoing trouble getting credit for the offers I download and complete. Even when I follow the instructions exactly, I often don’t receive any credit for the time and effort I put in

Trash, I see why they have a 1.8 star rating. 4 days and I've yet to receive my cash out not have I received an email back from support. Which I had to Google to find, they don't even have a way to contact them via their website. Scam, stay away.

Robbers

they allowed me to sign up and take surveys until i reached the cash out threshhold then they verified my account through my cell phone number then they wanted a selfie with my gov. issued Id and I do not do that because my SSN is on it and according to my friend they cannot force me to give them my SSN. they are just using it to rob people but we are gonna have a look into it.They know what they are doing.

Very bad app

Very bad app. I played all the levels of a game I started. Well now they won’t payout once I completed the game. Eureka sends me to game support and game support sends me back to eureka. They both keep lying. Worst game ever. All they do is scam people
