I've been using and recommending…
I've been using and recommending EssentialPIM for over 15 years and advising colleagues, students, and small business owner clients to use it. It's stable, consistent, and has reliable, fast customer response. It's my 'go to' contact manager, calendar, notes, simple or detailed to-do task lists, pass-word container, and so much more.

Great product, Many Features
EPIM is a great product with many features that works well, backed by a great team. There's not much more to ask! And this is not a review a short time after install but after a number of years using their products.

Excellent
One word: EXCELLENT. Whenever you have a question or a problem you get a quick answer (<1 day). Interface is easy (looks like the original Outlook interface of Microsoft).

EssentialPIM - My Choice
I adopted EssentialPIM because of continual problems with MS Outlook. I only use the Home version but it has performed faultlessly in the year I've been testing it against two other non-MS applications and will continue with it for the foreseeable future.

What do you like best about EssentialPIM? All! From the UX of the PC program, to the Android application and Apple. Manage everything, emails, passwords, To Do lists, tasks and commitments, even on the move with the portable version!

EPIM Highly Recommended…
I use EPIM for my contact manager and all scheduling. It works like a Swiss Watch--smoothly and efficiently (but does run fast). When I need clarification, help is a quick and useful response. I don't use the email capability much (yet) but it has a very useful facility to send emails to each contact in a list (ie send newsletter). I most highly recommend this program to anyone needing a scheduler and/or contact manager....and advanced email capabilities. John
