What do you like best about Esker? Esker is super quick when needing to move invoices from place to place. It is also very user friendly and easy to assist our customers with what they need to do .

"Great for Collections Management notes & payment reminders"

What do you like best about Esker? We can setup rules of when to send automatic payment reminders to customers. They are always coming up with new features each month, but outline and explain them easily so it's not overwhelming.

What do you like best about Esker? The ability to log emails/messages sent to customers as collection calls. As well the capability to allow customers 24/7 access to their account information.

"Termsync -- Very helpful in Collections and Payments"

What do you like best about Esker? Their TermSync software has been very useful when I am needing to work on collections. I have found that the interface is incredibly user friendly and the tools to log calls have been a huge increase over what we previously had. We were able to add our customers contact roles and numbers to Termsync which has made collections even easier.

What do you like best about Esker? I love that Esker has cut our order entry time by 2/3. We are able to enter more orders in a day while still being able to provide excellent customer service to our customers.
