Great product and customer service!

What do you like best? Database is easily customized for user preference. Great customer service with any issues that come up. What do you dislike? No easy tracking of source of info (candidates) that come in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All client and candidate placement data in one place for metrics.

A Recruiting Software That Has Been Great For Our Firm

What do you like best? Reliability! We have been using PC Recruiter for about 5 years, and unlike our old (custom developed) recruiting software, PC Recruiter is always up & running. What do you like best? Support, flexibility & customization. We found it easy to adapt PCR to most of our needs What do you dislike? Poor integration with QuickBooks Online for perm placement. You will want to use this software every day!

What do you like best? Their software is intuitive and flexible What do you dislike? Very little--older versions were less flexible. Recommendations to others considering the product: Best overall package. Used to use Bullhorn. This is better. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? I had suggested PC Recruiter to our firm because I had used it many years ago at another firm,. It is intuitive! What do you dislike? Perspective from a new user to PCR

What do you like best? Without a doubt, one of the strongest aspects of PCR is their customer support. Steve Lindsay is our support person and I have yet to ask him a question that he cannot immediately answer or get an answer within a few minutes.
