What do you like best? Database is easily customized for user preference. Great customer service with any issues that come up. What do you dislike? No easy tracking of source of info (candidates) that come in. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? All client and candidate placement data in one place for metrics.

What do you like best? Without a doubt, one of the strongest aspects of PCR is their customer support. Steve Lindsay is our support person and I have yet to ask him a question that he cannot immediately answer or get an answer within a few minutes. What do you like best? I really enjoy the search aspect of this product. It was search all aspects of a customers profile (docs, notes, activities, etc.) when I am searching for relevant info.
