What do you like best about Epic? Using EPIC under a teaching facility, everything is step by step. When there is something missing, a hard-stop will pop up and notify the user to go back and verify. What do you dislike about Epic? There has been a handful of times where the format of the address or name of the patient is incorrect. What do you like best about Epic? Ability to navigate between tabs and have multiple patient encounters open at once. What do you dislike about Epic? What do you like best about Epic? I can keep a list of patients that I follow regularly, assign myself to patients, and have new consults automatically drop onto my "new consults" list when another healthcare practitioner initiates a consult. I find that the format is fairly intuitive for inpatient charting, order entry is relatively easy as well. What do you like best about Epic? I think that this is one of the easiest medical records systems to use. Everything is very clear with layout and buttons and the ability to find help when you need it. What do you like best about Epic? This software is used at a local hospital I worked for, University. It is an excellent system. It allows us to do chard reviews, order prescriptions from pharmacy, and scan in medications the patients have taken. It is not sluggish and responds quickly. What do you dislike about Epic?
