What do you like best about Epic? Organization and ability to see all files within the entire hospital. What do you dislike about Epic? Tedious work to fill out documentation in regards to filling out certain questions in order to submit a note. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? They are proactive about resolving common problems.

What do you like best about Epic? It was reliable, never had issues with data being corrupted or the program crashing. What do you dislike about Epic? The interface was not ascetically pleasing. "Outpatient Pharmacy System"

What do you like best about Epic? That's a hard one. We have been "live" for 6 months and we are only scratching the surface. By far the most difficult pharmacy system out there. It's a fantastic concept that a doctor would be able to see a patient profile in it's entirety with what meds a patient is on, and ease of ordering medications. Perpetual inventory sounded great. What do you dislike about Epic? We are the first hospital based retail outpatient pharmacy to use this system I'm sure. ...

EPIC allows me to access everything I need to ensure patient quality patient care, as well as administrative support to the physician I work for.

What do you like best about Epic? All the different features are great. I also like that there is so many different tools and features to customize per user around the hospital. What do you dislike about Epic? Sometimes it can be hard to track who spoke with a patient and moved something or who was in the chart.
