PROS: Epic streamlines communication between healthcare facilities. And through its integration capability, it can provide comprehensive reports. I like how easy it is to organize too because it lets me customize the arrangement of elements on the interface. CONS: At first, it is difficult to navigate and do things you need to do. What do you like best about Epic? Easy to navigate between different sections of patient's chart. What do you dislike about Epic? Hard to answer. Very easy to use and upgrades are available quarterly. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? Reducing wasteful time with easily finding pertinent information in the chart.

PROS: The best feature of Epic is its connectedness because it makes information about patients from other facilities accessible. It is also great to see data aside from basic contact info like the medical plans of patients. CONS: It takes to much time to learn how to maximize it.
