It's ability to include everything in the chart in one place is unparalleled. By clicking on different tabs, you can navigate through the record to see what you need quickly. I dislike the amount of time it takes to print the documents in the patients chart. You have to input basic info over and over again every time you print a document. What do you like best about Epic? The ability to personalize and create tools to make your work efficient is endless (smart phrases, dot phrases, etc.). There is multiple ways you can add favorites, build things, and make it work for you; however, you have to be saavy enough to do so. A lot of bigger builds require IT help as well, or Epic to change things which the latter will basically never happen. What do you dislike about Epic? The user interface is absolutely insane. What do you like best about Epic? EPIC easily exports to my other platforms. What do you dislike about Epic? It is too rigid when compiling lists of information. If I need to do an if/when to show multiple dates for a single person it cannot be done. What problems is Epic solving and how is that benefiting you? Exporting to other platforms cut our time in half.

What do you like best about Epic? I used Epic for my health care notes documenting. I really like the smart phrases, where you can create dot phrases of commonly used notes. Instead of typing the long note, you can now type the short dot phrase. The pre populated templates save a lot of time when charting.
